Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all labels attached.
Please keep your proof of purchase or invoice.

2. How to Return an Item

Send an email to info@ecohavenshop.nl with your order number and reason for return.
We will then provide you with return instructions and a return label (if applicable).
Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Exceptions

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Personalized or custom-made items

Sale items and gift cards

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If your order was placed within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
A valid proof of purchase is required.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified within 10 working days of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used for your purchase.
Please allow a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately at info@ecohavenshop.nl so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
